As of now, the extension doesn't autoscroll the entire friends list. You have to do this on your own before clicking "Toggle all". Though, you should expect to get a browser warning after a while, telling you that a script is hanging or something. You'll just have to "wait" it out. How long depends on how many friends you have. Personally it took me about 20 seconds with about 200 friends.
